Céleste's grandfather was a manager of a food market where he ensured daily operations ran smoothly and leased spaces to farmers and creators.

Fruits, vegetables, artisanal cosmetics, everything was fresh and located in one place. People came to stroll, chat, drink, and live in this space that became their second home.

The memory she has of her childhood is how simple it was to eat well and take care of oneself. It has always been essential in her family, and that's why she is opening The Market Gallery. For herself, for others, so that well-being is accessible to all.
