Alba invites you to take your time to embrace the energy of renewal and create a vision board for the year ahead — because isn't September (ok we're on October already!) a kind of new year?! This creative tool will help you anchor your wishes for the next months/years and move from dreams to reality.
The purpose of a vision board is to encourage you to project into the future. Seeing your dreams daily on a board stimulates your mind. When we visualize living a dream, our brain starts preparing us for that reality.
You’ll leave this workshop with your vision board and a clear idea of what you want to achieve in your business and personal life, along with the first steps to make it happen.
